Education:

• Minimum Graduation in any discipline from reputed University

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Minimum 8 years of which at least 3 years in direct managerial role

• Responsible for overall non-technical operation and administration of the Laboratory
• Responsible for smooth operations of the laboratory floor, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
• Make plan and discuss with owners on current and prospective sales growth of the company
• Liaise with healthcare professionals and doctors sitting on the floor. Ensure doctors needs are met and that doctors on floor are providing sufficient sales
• Meet sales and profit targets to ensure viability and growth of business
• Manage overall budget. Monitor and manage inventory in an orderly manner with laboratory suppliers, with good management of overall expenses.
• Manage staff and their recruitment, training required for the operation - ensure good performance of all floor staff and marketing staff
• To ensure good attitude and behavior of all floor staff 
• Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws to improve the presence and reputation of company - implement a safe laboratory environment compliance with regulation.
• To ensure quality and good customer service for all work performed in the laboratory
• To address any complaint, request or suggestion from the staff and/or users of laboratory service
• Ensure all patients are satisfied and happy with quality of services
