- Minimum 8 years of which at least 3 years in direct managerial role
Responsibilities & Context:
Responsible for overall non-technical operation and administration of the Laboratory
Responsible for smooth operations of the laboratory floor, customer service, human resources, administration and sales
Make plan and discuss with owners on current and prospective sales growth of the company
Liaise with healthcare professionals and doctors sitting on the floor. Ensure doctors needs are met and that doctors on floor are providing sufficient sales
Meet sales and profit targets to ensure viability and growth of business
Manage overall budget. Monitor and manage inventory in an orderly manner with laboratory suppliers, with good management of overall expenses.
Manage staff and their recruitment, training required for the operation - ensure good performance of all floor staff and marketing staff
To ensure good attitude and behavior of all floor staff
Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws to improve the presence and reputation of company - implement a safe laboratory environment compliance with regulation.
To ensure quality and good customer service for all work performed in the laboratory
To address any complaint, request or suggestion from the staff and/or users of laboratory service
Ensure all patients are satisfied and happy with quality of services
