∎ Minimum 5 years of experience in sales in leadership, preferably within an OTA-based travel agency.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Ability to strategize and execute marketing campaigns aimed at expending agent networks.
∎ Proven experience in achieving sales growth and meeting sales targets

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead the Sales & Marketing department to meet and exceed sales targets, Providing strategies to target sales.
∎ Drive marketing initiatives to boost company visibility and engagement with clients.
∎ Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performance sales team.Develop and implement strategies to attract potential B2B agents to our OTA platform.
∎ Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless agent onboarding and customer satisfaction.
∎ Report on sales performance, market trends, and business growth opportunities.
∎ SKYBAY Travels is seeking an experienced Manager/DGM to handle all king of visa processing for major destinations, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore Others Schengen Country, Hajj & Omrah.
∎ Lead the Sales & Marketing department to meet and exceed sales targets, Providing strategies to target sales.
