Responsibilities & Context:
SKYBAY Travels is seeking an experienced DGM to handle all king of visa processing for major destinations, including the USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Omrah & Others Schengen Country.
- Assist in setting up the agency’s systems, and initial business operations
- Develop and execute strategies to attract clients and grow the customer base
- Manage day-to-day office operations and supervise office staff
- Establish relationships with travel partners, suppliers, and service providers
- Ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency
