Job Context:
∎ We are looking for a Young, Enthusiastic, Target Oriented, Self-Motivated and Proactive Person as a Manager/Deputy Manager (Sales & Marketing) who has the relevant experience in achieving the Sales Target in REAL ESTATE Sector.
∎ Job Location: Banasree, Dhaka

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishes marketing goals based on past performance and market forecasts.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing & potential clients.
∎ Build an effective relationship with the Customers and maintain Client Database (CRM).
∎ Responsible to meet the company sales and profit target with proper planning.
∎ Adjusts marketing campaigns and strategies as needed in response to collected data and other feedback.
∎ Timely collect installment from customer and follow-up as per company policy.
∎ To look after Customer quarries, Product promotion activities, counselling with client, Arrange Corporate sales meeting, Tele-Marketing with Customer Relationship Development, e-Marketing campaign, website content, Site Visit with Client, Daily Sales Reporting to Top Management, Communicate Related Govt./ Private Agencies, Attend Local Fair/Event for Business Developments.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive, self-motivated and willing to take initiative and result oriented.
∎ Manage a sales & marketing team and provide leadership, training, and coaching.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 34 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have 4 to 8 year(s) practical experience in Sales & Marketing from any REHAB member Real Estate Company.
∎ Proficiency in Computer (MS Office, Graphics Design & e-Marketing)
∎ Good communication skill on Bengali and English language.
∎ Excellent communication & negotiation skill.

Salary: Negotiable
