Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Science (MSc) in Pharmacy, Master of Science (MSc) in Applied Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Chemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Biochemistry, Master of Science (MSc) in Microbiology
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Quality Assurance/ Quality Control
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Medical Equipment, Pharmaceuticals
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain Quality Management System (QMS) of the company.
∎ Prepare /review of BMR, BPR, SOPs, Process Validations, and equipment/utility system qualification procedures & records.
∎ Revise and prepare relevant technical SOPs, user friendly guidelines, tools, and checklist for ensuring consistent quality assurance and improvement in all documents
∎ Conduct internal & External Quality Management System (QMS) audit including customers complain, drugs supplier audit etc.
∎ Prepare audit CAPA feedback and Report
∎ Perform Validation & qualification Activities
∎ Prepare and upgrade site master file (SMF), Quality Manual (QM), Acceptance Quality limit (AQL) & product specification as per requirements.
∎ Check and review the new revision/update of ISO applicable standards as per procedure.
∎ Documentation for DGDA, ISO, CE & confirmed proper documentation for facing ISO 1348:2016 & CE audit
