Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring proper and appropriate implementation of finishing process;
∎ Managing finishing plan as per shipment schedule;
∎ Ensuring completion of the orders as per PO, style, colour, etc.;
∎ Efficient utilization of manpower to ensure quality of the product;
∎ Ensuring resolution of bottlenecks, optimizing rejections, and maintaining compliant workplace;
∎ Any other assignments at the discretion of Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Sound knowledge of different buyer's finishing process;
∎ Leadership skill.
∎ Communication skill.
∎ Computer Literacy like MS Word, Excel etc.
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Inter-personal skill.
