Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Provide technical support and oversee the routine care and management of the farm.
∎ • Ensure milk production and bull development are optimized while maintaining strict hygiene standards.
∎ • Maintain the quality of raw milk.
∎ • Utilize modern Technology to maximize cattle growth and productivity.
∎ • Ensure the overall health and well-being of the livestock.
∎ • Prepare production and administrative reports.
∎ • Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of farm facilities, structures, and equipment.
∎ • Plan, monitor, and assess manpower requirements.
∎ • Take care of livestock feeding, treatment, and general well-being.
∎ • Establish and monitor a disinfecting schedule to maintain proper hygiene and biosecurity.
∎ • Report any unusual or unexpected results to the management.
∎ • Handle administrative issues and maintain accurate records.
∎ • Ensure compliance with government regulations related to farm activities.
∎ • Perform any other tasks assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Dairy Farm Management
∎ • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
∎ • Excellent communication skills with the ability to solve problems analytically.
∎ • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and passion for animal health and well-being.
∎ • Strong team-building and leadership skills.
