Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Masters degree from any reputed University;
∎ Candidate should have Industrial Engineering background;
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure smooth execution of cutting production in accordance with the shipment schedule maintaining the buyer's specifications;
∎ Coordinate with sampling & pattern, Fabrics store, Merchandising, Planning and Sewing departments to ensure that the fabrics are arranging well in the advance;
∎ Ensure the optimum productivity of cutting in accordance with IE requirement;
∎ Marker planning, calculating marker efficiency and work on saving fabric;
∎ Critical balancing of cutting lay as required by the styles;
∎ Differentiate the Fabrics as per Quality segregation;
∎ Make the Cutting Plan as per Production Plan;
∎ Ensure the Relax as per type of Fabrics;
∎ Fix the daily production target as per discussion with Head of the Production to realize the target with quality;
∎ Introducing and using KPI tools for the respective section’s performance measuring at different session;
∎ Any other job assigned by the concerned authority.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Production Analysis, production management on Cutting, Sewing and Finishing;
∎ Strongly experienced of working in garments factories engaged in business with world-class customers/brands also having much knowledge of managing overall functions of woven, Denim garment factories for renowned branded buyers;
∎ Good aptitude with skills to educate and manage operators doing multiple operations;
∎ Knowledge of production planning, rejection control and understanding of Industrial Engineering in apparel production;
∎ Should have vast knowledge on process, planning, line set-up;
∎ Should have knowledge on Internet browsing, E-mail corresponding and MS office programs;
∎ Leadership and motivation skills;
∎ Ability to work under pressure & take challenges;
∎ Required good commination skill;
∎ Ability to work in a team & maintain good interpersonal relationship.
