Experience:

Strong knowledge of poultry disease diagnosis and treatment.
Sound understanding of poultry farm management and vaccination planning.
Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships.
Capable of delivering technical training and farmer education.
Skilled in analyzing farm performance data such as FCR.
Good communication and presentation skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Conduct routine and on-call farm visits to provide technical assistance and advisory support to customers.
Diagnose poultry diseases and provide accurate and timely treatment recommendations.
Manage and resolve feed-related complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures.
Monitor and guide customers on proper vaccination schedules to ensure effective disease prevention.
Perform chick quality inspections and identify any production or health-related concerns.
Provide technical consultation to farmers to improve flock health, productivity, and farm management practices.
Support the sales team in acquiring new customers and converting potential prospects.
Promote broiler and layer feed products through farm visits, seminars, and technical sessions.
Conduct technical field demonstrations and farmer awareness programs to increase product adoption.
Collect and analyze market data and farm performance indicators, including Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) and production efficiency.
Conduct disease surveillance in assigned regions and recommend preventive measures.
Monitor emerging disease trends and provide proactive technical guidance to farmers.
Prepare and submit regular farm visit reports with accurate findings and recommendations.
Maintain updated technical service records and customer service documentation.
Organize spot meetings with farmers to enhance farm management practices.
Conduct training sessions for Sales Officers and CSOs at different sales offices to strengthen their technical knowledge.
