Educational Requirements:
∎ A Bachelor Degree (preferably a BBA) from any reputed university

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage customer service for aarong.com customers and drive customer satisfaction
∎ Coordinate customer queries from all channels including call centre, social media, e-mail and ensure resolution of issues
∎ Manage all third-party customer service contracts and ensure they are regularly meeting standards
∎ Develop customer satisfaction goals and deploy plans to implement targets
∎ Plan for increase in resources to handle peak sales periods including designing onboarding and training modules
∎ Create and maintain standardized communication on all channels
∎ Develop and update the FAQ list regularly and ensure all third parties are informed regarding updates
∎ Handle complex customer issues directly and coordinate resolution
∎ Ensure customer service tickets are resolved in a timely manner
∎ Maintain accurate records and documentation of all customer service activities and discussions
∎ Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on findings

Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 years of work experience in customer service
