Responsibilities & Context:
∎ IKitchen is a prominent food-tech startup dedicated to transforming the culinary experience in Bangladesh. We are seeking a passionate female team member to take charge of and support the overall customer experience at our restaurant and cloud kitchen.Establish and maintain relationship with the customers and their key personnel Generate sales and communicate them to the sales team. Follow up on the progress of the leads until they are successfully converted. Provide customers with up-to-date information on product and solutions. Conduct surveys and reviews to gauge client satisfaction, and collaborate with internal departments to ensure that client needs are met efficiently
