Job Responsibilities:
∎ Carry out Community Management for multiple Clients .
∎ Have excellent communication skills .
∎ Would be able to carry out tasks with full responsibility.
∎ Good written and verbal communication skills both English & Bangla.
∎ Good customer relationship management skills.
∎ Gather Collection and overdue status of all credit files.
∎ Prepare list of critical files in terms of poor collection or higher overdue.
∎ Prepare and submit a monthly report to the Management on critical customer's overdue recovery status.
∎ Follow up regularly to all overdue customers' payment commitment.
∎ Any Other work as assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
∎ Strong Computer skill & able to work under stress.
∎ Excellent analytical and time management skills
