Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Public Health from any recognized UGC approved university with minimum all 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA. Third division/ class or CGPA below 2.00 is not acceptable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage overall field operation of COVID-19 related projects.
∎ Provide administrative support to the field staffs. Maintain liaison between management level and field operation for planning and effective operation at field.
∎ Check, verify and update all financial and administrative recording and proceedings at head office level including updating all files and registers; checking the bill/voucher; account checks for miscoding; audit compliance etc.
∎ Ensure that COVID-19 response projects meet high standards in design, monitoring and evaluation through BRAC's Project Cycle Management System.
∎ Prepare/ revise project budgets and financial tracking of expenditure.
∎ Coordinate with cross functional teams within and outside the programme for effective implementation of the projects.
∎ Provide monthly reports on project activities and performance to the HNPP management.
∎ Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
