  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

    Expenditure tracking, Forecasting, Product Costing and budgeting, Manufacturing (RMG)/Manufacturing Group of Companies

  • Skills Required: Export & Import, Costing, Cost and budget, Cost optimization 



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Communicate daily with the functional managers regarding their key performance indicators.

  • Monitoring the raw material consumption trend and inventory management performance.

  • Provide business information to other internal departments to facilitate regulatory and outside stakeholder’s requirement.

  • Capital investment analysis to facilitate investment decisions.

  • Preparation of Monthly Operational Data (MOD) Report.

  • Preparation of Brief Performance Report containing key operational and financial information of previous month.

  • Make presentations of MOD reports to present in monthly meeting with production, quality, store, marketing and other internal stakeholders.

  • Follow up order wise post costing

  • Update concern units KPI to facilitate the preparation of Integrated operational financial report.

  • Calculation actual conversion cost to facilitate product costing for price fixation.

  • Calculation of cost analysis and BEP analysis.

  • Preparation of sales analysis report to interpret actual sales volume.

  • Inventory ageing analysis and report dead and nonmoving item.

  • Sub contract rate calculation to book revenue in sub contract production unit.

  • Overtime analysis report to control unnecessary overtime.

  • Update key information database for the group.

  • Preparation of Budgeted income statement.

  • Preparation of annual financial & operational performance report.

  • Any other tasks, as management assign time to time.
