Educational Requirements:
∎ Fully qualified professional accountants i.e. FCA/ ACA/ FCMA/ ACMA/ ACS with MBA/ Masters in Finance/Accounting or other business relevant degree equivalent to BBA/ MBA from an reputed Public University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Internal Reporting and controlling for RBBS overall tasks and Regional office in India
∎ Implementation of Central Guideline and process changes in RO India as well as changes in Central Directives of BOSCH Group (Internal Reporting, Business Plan, CF and Controlling related)
∎ Investment appraisal of RBBS with all types of Reporting and Controlling functions
∎ Internal Reporting and controlling - Legality , Agreements
∎ Risk Management Coordinator from RBIN/CTG
∎ Board Meeting presentation preparation from all perspective of RBBS sustainable growth. Moreover, Company Secretarial activities in relation to Share capital, List of shareholders, Board meetings & minutes of AGM
∎ RBBS Corporate cost Controlling & Reporting, other ad-hoc queries in RBIN and RO India along with all justifications over that
∎ Monitor overall Taxation, VAT & Customs related all tasks of RBBS
∎ Transfer Price management
∎ Assist in preparation of all types of financials, tax returns, other regulatory reporting activities
∎ Preparation of BRS and Financial Statements on monthly, quarterly, Semi-annually, yearly as well as any ad-hoc basis
∎ deployment, Cash inflows and Cash outflows, Contact & regular update to RBIN/Bosch head quarter, Internal&/External Auditors, Regulatory bodies as well
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Minimum 3 years of Good working knowledge on SAP
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Accounts, Finance, Internal Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Strategic Planning, Commercial/ Export-Import, Company Secretary/ Share Division, Fund Management etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
∎ Trading of Engineering / Automobiles / Power Tools components in large local companies or Multinational Companies
∎ Interfaces with other Functions or Groups:
∎ Income Tax Departments, VAT authorities, Customs Departments, Banks, Govt. authorities (RJSCB, Board of Investments etc.)
∎ Excellent communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Leadership Qualities, managing the team, ability to handle adverse conditions, Liaison with Govt., Banks, VAT, Tax and Customs Authorities, Other stakeholders of the Company as well. Consultant with Auditors, Surveyors, Central Banks, BIDA, BSEC etc.
Salary:
∎ As per Industry Standards based on working experience and qualifications.
