Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Strong negotiation & relationship management skill.
Proficient in supply chain management software & tools.
Excellent analytical & problem solving skill.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the food & beverage industry.
Effective communication skills in both English & Bangla.
Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee and manage the entire contract manufacturing process, ensuring production target, quality standards and timelines are met.
Develop & maintain strong relationships with third-party manufacturers, negotiating contracts & ensuring compliance with company standards.
Implement & monitor quality control processes to ensure products meet all regulatory & safety standards.
Control costs associated with contract manufacturing, working to achieve cost savings without compromising on quality.
Collaborate with the supply chain & procurement teams to ensure a steady supply of raw materials & timely delivery of finished products.
Ensure all contract manufacturing activities comply with local & international regulations, including health & safety standards.
