Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning to drive business Monthly Active User (MAU), reduction of churn, increase of payments and cash-in, & increase of user base retention. All plans are to be based on analytics and insights.
∎ Driving newly acquired customers’ usage behavior through cohort-based incentive and/or service communication & improving active ratio.
∎ Budgeting & forecasting of campaigns & cost (monthly, quarterly, and yearly).
∎ Ensuring the meeting of business targets by driving different cohort-based campaigns based on understanding of customer segments and proposing of campaign mechanics to grow those segments.
∎ Preparing, coordinating & launching campaigns to comply with the strategic direction of business strategy team. Preparing reports on achievements & gaps from campaigns.
∎ Analyzing market, economic, and technological trends to understand their probable impact on overall industry dynamics & company operations.
∎ Preparing and presenting reports on competitors’ activities and industry dynamics to help management decide on proactive business strategy.
∎ Preparing campaign KPI reports to track performance on a weekly basis and updating management on progress. This includes reporting of key product performance, repeat purchase trend, subscriber payment growth trend, and organization performance in different product segments.
∎ Preparing business case and feasibility study of the campaign concepts. This includes Product and Services pricing analysis with elasticity and segment study.
∎ Conducting monthly review of actual performance compared to budget and updating management team on variance analysis. Performing of “Root-cause analysis” as and when required to identify variances for any underperforming campaigns.
∎ Purpose:
