B.Sc. civil Engr. with at least 12 years’ practical experience in construction of High-rise Apartment Buildings in a Real-estate Company or 8-years as B.Sc. Engineer and 8-years as Diploma (civil) Engineer in similar field.

Responsibilities:
Multi storied apartment Building construction works supervision.
Monitoring quality of materials & quality of works as per drawings.
Ensuring timely completion of construction works.
Maintain registered book for material stocks at the site.
Estimating of quantity of materials & quality of workmanship.
Ensuring quality of materials.
Ability to work under pressure.
Different site management works.
Preparing weekly progress reports of the construction works.
