• Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from BUET, KUET,CUET (will get more preference)

• 8 to 15 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

• Age At least 28 years
• Only Male

• Oversee day-to-day construction site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
• Coordinate with project engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines.
• Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies at all sites.
• Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
• Manage labor, materials, and subcontractor performance effectively.
• Identify potential risks or delays and take corrective actions promptly.
• Liaise with the procurement team for timely availability of materials and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
• Support management in project planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
