Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee day-to-day construction site operations and ensure smooth project execution.
- Coordinate with project engineers, architects, contractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines.
- Monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards and company policies at all sites.
- Prepare and review project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
- Manage labor, materials, and subcontractor performance effectively.
- Identify potential risks or delays and take corrective actions promptly.
- Liaise with the procurement team for timely availability of materials and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings.
- Support management in project planning, budgeting, and decision-making.
