∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Garments

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and implementing Compliance strategies in line with the Business Plan, Labor Law, Buyers' COC, Industry standards etc.
∎ Liaison with Projects Head, Departmental Heads and Managers within the company regarding Business Development & Operations and report to the Top management accordingly.
∎ Create and periodically review the Compliance KPI, policy and processes of the organizations and recommend suitable modifications.
∎ Preparing the factory complying with the different buyers with a view to facing different compliance audits, RSC, SLCP, Better Work, QMS, WARP, BSCI,AUKO TEX, SEDEX, environmental, technical, CTPAT etc.
∎ Leading the compliance team about the CAPs of different audits and ensure smooth rectification.
∎ Maintaining liaison with agencies/organizations (Govt./Private) like BGMEA, BKMEA, compliance auditors, BERC, Fire Service & Civil Defense, Labor Office, Environment office, Local influences etc.
∎ Any other assignment as assigned by the top management.
