∎ Age 30 to 38 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor and ensure compliance with local labor laws, BLA/ BLE, and national regulatory requirements.
∎ Responsible for Social, Environmental & Certification audits (BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ICS, Better Work, C-TPAT, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, Higg, Accord/RSC.
∎ Plan and conduct internal audits for social compliance and remedial measures.
∎ Develop and implement policies related to workplace safety, health and other social compliance ethics.
∎ Ensure housekeeping for compliance.
∎ Ensure required compliance in the factory premises implemented as per buyer code of conduct.
∎ Successfully resolve employee’s grievance, stress in a proactive manner.
∎ Responsible for ensuring Social and environmental audit requirements and implement for various brands like Primark, LPP, NEXT, QIMA (RAG), Cross line, OVS, GEMO, The Sting.
∎ Responsible for preparing CAP (corrective action plans) and follow-up as per schedule.
∎ Responsible for follow-up Workplace Hazard Identification and Risk assessment (HIRA) with proper preventive measures.
∎ Responsible for formulate and revision of different types of Social Compliance Policies-Procedures, SOPs, and manuals.
∎ Any other activities assigned by the management from time to time.
