∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Masters degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management

∎ Skills Required: Legal Compliance Code of Conduct

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handel all types of Buyer's/ Social Compliance Audit & organize the factory.
∎ Ensure all types of Social Compliance as per Customer Requirements.
∎ Ensure all types of Environmental Compliance as per Customer Requirements.
∎ Internal Auditing and sharing corrective measures with concerned department.
∎ Establishing policy and procedures and monitoring compliance following the Bangladesh labor code 2006 and buyers code of conduct.
∎ Monitoring and reporting results of the compliance/ethics efforts of the company.
∎ Monitors, and as necessary, coordinates compliance activities of other departments.
∎ Provides reports on a regular basis, and as directed or requested, to keep Top Managements informed of the operation and progress of compliance efforts.
∎ Works with the factories and others as appropriate to develop an effective compliance training program and other training for employees as well as ongoing training for all employees and managers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Excellent communication skills both written and speaking in English
∎ Strong knowledge in Bangladesh Labor Rules (BLR) and Labor Law with amendment
∎ Able to Buyer Handling
