Education:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resource Management, Master of Science (MSc) in Psychology
∎ Certification in SA 8000, Audit Management, or RMG Compliance Management is an added advantage.

∎ Age 30 to 38 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain a positive work environment by ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws, and managing effective communication with the Participatory Committee or trade union.
∎ Conduct disciplinary processes fairly by leading inquiries into cases of misconduct.
∎ Resolve employee grievances to support well-being and maintain workplace harmony.
∎ Ensure compliance with Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) standards, including measures for employee safety and maintaining secure work conditions.
∎ Regularly monitor office premises and manage security protocols to keep the work environment safe.
∎ Administer employee benefits according to labor laws and company policies, ensuring accurate and timely distribution.
∎ Conduct factory audits and address any non-compliance issues identified during internal or external audits.
∎ Coordinate training, employee engagement, and awareness programs as required by law and the company’s annual schedule.
∎ Implement methods to engage employees effectively and support alignment with organizational goals
