Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 11 to 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to maintain all Commercial Activities individually.
∎ Knowledge on and familiar with L/C & BTB L/C terms & conditions, PI/ Indent to L/C processing.
∎ Import bill settlement, UD, GSR, Incentive etc.
∎ Make liaison between the Merchandisers & Suppliers.
∎ Responsible for all Customs clearance of imported materials operation with LC process independently.
∎ Responsible for ensuring all logistic activities of import to timely in house.
∎ Vehicle program provide to C&F agent properly and timely as per import consignment.
∎ Monitoring with shipping line, Forwarder and C&F.
∎ Handling import transport from Chittagong port, Dhaka Airport to Factory.
∎ Communication and update the concern store accordingly.
∎ Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues relating to Import.
∎ Having knowledge about countries Import Policies.
∎ Lead and fully supervise commercial team who looks after import functions of the company.
∎ Handling, preparation & maintaining all kinds of Import documents related banking, customs & others functions.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Commercial Job is suitable for male.
∎ Should have strong communication skills in English, Bengali (Written and Spoken).
∎ Good knowledge in handling L/C, Import and Export, Customs Act, Bond, Shipment process, C&F, Transportation, BEPZA, BTMA.
∎ Leadership, Time Management, good interpersonal Communication skills.
∎ Computer literacy with efficient operational experience.
