∎ Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
∎ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in commercial import/export operations, preferably in a manufacturing or trading company.
∎ Strong understanding of international trade laws, customs regulations, and L/C procedures.
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Proficiency in relevant software (ERP systems, MS Office).
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage all import and export activities to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Liaise with customs, shipping agents, C&F agents, and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with local and international trade regulations.
∎ Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documentation, including L/C opening, Proforma Invoices, Bill of Lading, and Customs clearance papers.
∎ Monitor and control shipment schedules, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and freight forwarders.
∎ Ensure proper inventory management and coordinate with warehouses for stock handling.
∎ Develop and implement strategies to optimize costs related to logistics and customs duties.
∎ Maintain records of all transactions and generate necessary reports for internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Keep updated with changes in import/export laws and regulations.
∎ Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, procurement, and production to align on business needs.
∎ Job Context: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the position of Manager (Import & Export). The candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all commercial activities related to import and export operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, timely documentation, and effective liaison with external parties.
