Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Export LC received and prepare the statement.
∎ BTB LC permission as per yarn required.
∎ Accessories LC open & UD prepare.
∎ Free of-cost statement preparation (accessories)
∎ Import LC collect & proceed accordingly.
∎ Import statement prepare (Yarn, Chemical, Machinery, Spare parts)
∎ Weight collected from the factory.
∎ Local Mussak collect from factory/Bank ( yarn & chemical)
∎ Bill of entry collect & send to subordinate for update).
∎ Yarn in-house report collection and update.
∎ Consumption re-check with the factory in a random basis.
∎ Consumption re-check (Primark & Penney’s).
∎ Invoice statement re-check.
∎ Export documents collect for customs audit.
∎ Goods ex F-factory report collect & update also monitoring
∎ Invoice preparation & revised related work monitoring.
∎ Machinery/spare parts permission for LC opening.
∎ DOT certificate for machine release (if required).
∎ BKMEA certificate for duty exemption (if required).Machinery has undertaken release from customs Bond by C&F (if required).
∎ Machinery include in customs bond office.Machinery include in the department of textile.
∎ LC opening permission as per Amdani Prappota.
∎ Correspondence with C&F for delivery purposes.
∎ In-Bond from customs (Close monitoring)·
∎ UD prepare (chemical statement prepare and cross-check with subordinate)·
∎ Ex-Bond form customs close (monitoring)·
∎ Yearly audit document prepare from customs (check with a subordinate)·
∎ Amdani prappota issue for dyes chemical.
∎ Performance re-check and·
∎ Amdani prapota issue for dyes-chemical.
∎ Performance  re-check and  AYM  adjusted  as per UD.
∎ Local  moushak  collect  for inbond.
∎ Chemical  stock collect from  factory and  cross check with bond stock.
∎ PRC collects and send to subordinate for filing with performance update.
∎ Bank certificate  prepare for UD  (monitoring ).
∎ Performance, bank certificate, verified from lien bank when  customs  audit.
∎ Bond licenses renewal.
∎ Amdani prappota issue (yearly audit ex: yarn, accessories, dyes chemical, machinery, blueprint).
∎ General bond issue (valid 3 years).
∎ All other customs-related amendments (if require)
∎ Different kind of certificate issue (if require)
∎ Different kinds of certificate issues (if require)
∎ Membership renewal.
∎ Any kind of  certificate issue (if require)
∎ Passbook entry.
∎ Original UD, passbook collection.
∎ Undertaken certificate collection.
∎ DEPZ  bill of entry & pass book collection.
