Job Context:
∎ MIM Group of Industries the 100 % export oriented composite Knit industry & Sweater Industry the leading manufacturer of RMG having more than 22 years of RMG export business engagement in Bangladesh with honest reputation and active challenging participation are looking for dynamic and experienced young professionals to the post of Manager: Export / Import for it`s Garments division having total composite facilities of Knitting, Embroidery, Printing & Dyeing & Auto Jacquards Machines for it`s Sweater Industry.
∎ Desired candidate is to be functioned for overall commercial responsibilities ( Export / Import) & will work with the methodical & updated reporting base day to day Export / Import activities of the Industries.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should be well conversant & practical Experienced in commercial export, Import documents making for a kind garments & Sweater industry (Transferring L/C, commercial invoice, packing list, GSP checking, Payment planning L/C marking),
∎ Should be well conversant on Documentation of BGMEA, EPB & Customs.
∎ Candidate should Perform to the regulatory formalities (Bank insurance/ Customs) relating to export & Import.
∎ Well communication skill to negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder & keep in touch with C&F agent, submit documents to C&F agent as well as customs department to ensure the smooth clearance of consignments.
∎ Candidate must have the practical working experience in the area of BTB, L/C & collect PRC from Bank.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act, export policy bond formalities and other related laws applicable for export & Import as well as all banking terms and documentations.
∎ Accurate arrangement of all export document, file, folders archive for future information organize wise.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates should have well knowledge in Computer literacy (Word, Excel & Excess) & adequate knowledge in English language.
∎ Candidate should have hard working mentality, honest & discipline as well as able to take challenge to any situation of the Company.
