SYMPHONY - Bangladesh’s leading mobile handset brand is looking for an experienced and strategic Commercial Manager to oversee and strengthen its commercial operations. The role is responsible for managing business agreements, installment sale procedure, credit control, receivables, inventory, and internal business compliance to ensure smooth operations and sustainable sales growth.

• All sort of business agreement draft, review and finalization.

• Installment sales process development, implement and manage all sort of documentation.

• Monitor and control accounts receivable and ensure timely collection of payments and preserve relevant documentation.

• Develop and update business and credit policies and process.

• Ensure and preserve agreement, documentation to take legal proceedings on credit or installment or receivable issues.

• Monitor inventory movement, aging, and slow-moving stock and action as per need.

• Collaborate with sales, distribution and finance & accounts to ensure internal compliance.

• Analyze business data to support decision-making and risk management.
