∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has at least 2 years of experience as an AGM in the Commercial Department (Export, Import, Custom & Bond).
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ All import-related concerns are handled by this person.
∎ On import issues, keep in touch with merchandising and other relevant departments.
∎ In order to determine the whereabouts of the vessel, contact the shipping line, suppliers, and indenters.
∎ Hand over the shipping documents, L/C, and other related documents, and keep an eye on the customs assessment, port, and agent fees for clearing the item.
∎ Examining and finalizing the C&F agency's supplied demand for duties, taxes, port fees, agent fees, and other payments.
∎ Checking stock levels and the quality of newly arrived raw materials, chemicals, machinery, parts, and other items on a regular basis with plant representatives. If any faults or losses in imported items are discovered, make a claim against the responsible party for compensation.
∎ If there was any damage caused by the sea or fire, file a claim.
∎ Contact the unit head, government bodies, or bankers for the collecting of transaction supporting documents, such as vouchers, SRO circulars, and policies, in order to ensure that the imposed rules and laws are followed. Assist in the settlement of quarries, as well as the application for the renewal of import-related licenses and certificates.
∎ Detailed understanding of all Customs, BGMEA, BOI, Bank, and Custom House import-related activities.
∎ Maintaining a record of L/C files and costing, as well as finalizing C&F agents' bills and insurance premium bills.
∎ Collect order and payment from the Importer.
∎ Prepare the yearly forecast as per the market.
∎ To ensure the activities of foreign sales people.
∎ To arrange trade program for importer & distributor.
∎ To arrange the Importers meeting in Bangladesh yearly basis.
∎ Review of performance of exporting Importer, Supper-stockiest (SS) & distributor.
∎ Analyze the pricing, packing & quality of all of our products in comparison of market value.
∎ Analyze the duty structure, VAT & other legal requirements of the concerned country.
∎ Communicate with foreign buyers on regular basis.
∎ Prepare and monitor export documentation (Invoice. Packing Certificate of Origin, SAFTA Bank EXP etc.) & Letter of Credit and Sales Contact related banking formalities.
∎ Maintain liaison with Export promotion Bureau Local, Trading House, Shipping Ines
∎ Analyze sales report and prepare sales plan to forecast key areas of export.
∎ Co-ordinate with production plant to ensure timely shipment.
∎ Exclusively responsible for Bond Licensing, Customs Auditing and related issues with customs Bond.
∎ Must have Experience to face Custom Audit.
∎ Should have ability to handle customs auditing and related issues independently.
∎ Ensure smooth implementation of all the customs related jobs independently.
∎ Prepare yearly import/export customs statement.
∎ All Customs clearance of imported materials, In-bond/Inter bond and Ex-bond/out-bond operation with BBLC process independently.
∎ To manage efficiently the customs & bond license audit, renewal and related activities & familiar with custom rules and import related web portal.
∎ Must have practical experience to prepare and process UP from Customs Bond.
∎ Maintain stock management & statement.
∎ Prepare yearly import and export customs statement for Bond audit.
∎ Responsible for Bond Licensing, with customs Bond.
∎ Update in-bond, ex-bond in bond register on a regular basis.
∎ Responsible for DAD work.
∎ Manage and control customs & revenue activities related to the company.
∎ Maintain proper liaison with Customs, VAT, Bond.
∎ Applicant should have adequate knowledge on HS code, customs act and bond formalities.
∎ Obtain/ renewal of all kind of related licenses e.g., ERC, IRC, and Trade License, TIN.
∎ Update in-bond, ex-bond in bond register on a regular basis, general Bond Renewal.
∎ Obtain/ renewal of all kind of related licenses (Bond license, VAT, EPB, BGMEA and Fire license).
∎ Any Other task Assign by Man
