∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (MS Word, Power Point, Excel), SPSS
∎ Knowledge on programme monitoring and evaluation, capacity building, recording and reporting
∎ Knowledge of funding sources and trends related to climate and health
∎ Project Management and financial management
∎ Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ This role is responsible for the implementation of climate and health-related projects and studies within the BRAC Health Programme. The position involves engagement with various stakeholders, including other BRAC programmes, to ensure the smooth execution of project activities. Additionally, the role requires taking appropriate initiatives to meet project goals and enhance the quality and effectiveness of the project.
∎ Provide technical and operational support to climate-related health projects under the BRAC Health Programme, ensuring smooth project implementation.
∎ Assist in preparing project proposal, detailed budget, periodic and special reports and other necessary documents for management, developing partners or others as needed.
∎ Ensure administrative support to field staff, maintaining effective communication between management and field operations for efficient planning and execution.
∎ Develop guidelines, module and analyze data for the assigned projects.
∎ Organize and participate in meetings, workshops, seminars, and forums to share project performance.
∎ Collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, community organizations and other stakeholders to promote awareness and understanding of health issues.
∎ Monitoring and supervision of project activities to ensure quality of the project and support assessing program effectiveness and impact.
∎ Improve capacity and performance of staff of the assigned project and provide training as necessary.
∎ Prepare and manage budgets for health projects, ensuring compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
∎ Verify project data, update documents and registers for audit compliance, and ensure accurate reporting.
∎ Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
