Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: CAD Pattern, Fabric Construction, Fabric consumption, Operating Gerber Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to handle technical issues individually;
∎ Organize the CAD section and ensure that all the employees in the CAD section are efficient in their work;
∎ Reduce cost by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making a hundred percent accurate markers;
∎ Communicate and Coordinate with the associates (Sample making, Cutting, merchandisers, technicians, seniors) and suppliers to reach the best consumption with quality and efficiency;
∎ Prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern;
∎ Strictly follow up artwork & measurement sheet & guide to pattern master and sample supervisor;
∎ Identifying possible improvements to the CAD systems and processes;
∎ Must have knowledge on pattern making and grading (Manual and Software - Gerber);
∎ Converting base pattern into digitalized pattern, Grading, Marking and Cutting pattern as per buyer requirement;
∎ To ensure all kinds of health and safety (OHS) related issues at your section;
∎ Any other requirement assignment assigned by management;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have experience on handling Gerber Software;
∎ Should able to work under pressure;
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic, well organized, self-driven & have a good personality;
∎ Must demonstrate an attitude of integrity, transparency, proactive stance and positive style;
∎ Computer skills in MS-Office, Windows, and E-mail;
∎ Good oral and written communication skill both in Bangla and English;
