∎ Age 25 to 40 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for overall CAD Department also Coordinate Sample Dept.
∎ After receiving the inquiry from Merchandisers to makes the basic sizes pattern manually (with the help of Pattern-maker), Digitize and Grading by using CAD Software. If buyers send e-Pattern, after cross-check with the measurement chart, also add a sewing allowance and to do marker by achieving optimum efficiency & all types of accessories consumption and send to Merchandiser for costing purpose.
∎ After receiving the order sheet from Merchandisers/Planning Dept. then doing the marker & consumption and send to respective dept for booking purpose.
∎ Based on fabrics construction to prepare a molded pattern for fabrics booking & production.
∎ To ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers and then provide it on cutting department & follow up it in practical.
∎ To amend pattern when required to production.
∎ Making monthly marker efficiency summarize report.
∎ To implement cutting projection.
