CAD, production management (Cutting), Technical knowledge
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Textile
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare pattern as per the requirement given by the buyer through merchandiser and ensure timely delivery of pattern.
∎ Work closely with foreign expects of Pattern, CAD & Sample department on knit & Woven top design & production & to get 1st time sample approval.
∎ Creating new patterns & its customization, marker making & Grading Must have sufficient technical knowledge.
∎ Makes the basic sizes pattern by using Auto CAD Software (EEMA, Garber Software)
∎ Ensure cost reduction by achieving optimum efficiency of CAD and making hundred percent accurate markers and provide to cutting department & follow up it in practical..
∎ Should be capable enough to understand buyer's comments on all Samples.
∎ Receives sample requisitions from merchandisers and prepares sample development plan based on submission date.
∎ Sets priorities in coordination with merchandisers & Create a master pattern for each size which within a range of garment sizes, using measurement charts, drafting instruments, CAD computers, and/or grading devise
∎ Leads weekly/monthly sample development meeting and ensures continuous improvement
∎ Mark samples and finished patterns with information such as garment size, section, style, identification, and sewing instructions.
∎ Email Corresponding with Buyer & Merchandising.
∎ Perform any other task as & when assigned by top management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Should have strong Managerial Skill.
∎ Good communications skill in English.
∎ Able to handle variety of knit & Woven Garments items.
∎ Able to efficiently choose right attachment for higher bulk Production & quality.
∎ Must have positive approach to work with IE team closely.
∎ Must have ability to simplify process in an innovative way to reduce machine in bulk production and make the process production -friendly.
Salary: Negotiable
