Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for the activities of the C & F Section properly and efficiently.
∎ To deal with shipping documents related to import/export, bond license and various procedures, capable to negotiate with Shipping Lines & Freight Forwarder.
∎ To handle Port and Customs Operation effectively.
∎ To prepare and ensure required documentation for Bond License/Audit for renewal.
∎ Responsible for Procurement, Import, Export and Freight Negotiations.
∎ Responsible for International Negotiation, Business Correspondence, International Contract, Contract Management and International Business and Banking Formalities.
∎ To maintain liaison with BEPZA, Customs, Port authority, C& F agents, Bank, BGMEA and other related Govt. & Semi Govt. authority for smooth operation.
∎ To ensure the vehicle schedule i.e. cover van, ten wheeler and Long trailer for import and export purpose.
∎ Any other jobs assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have knowledge about the BEPZA import & export rules
∎ Work in innovative way for simplifying tasks and assignments.
∎ Good in problem solving and decision making skill which require independent and original thinking.
∎ The candidate must have experience in the EPZ base RMG sector.
