Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/ MBA from any reputed university.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with the superior to make decisions for company overall operational activities.
∎ Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
∎ Perform business development activities.
∎ Prepare financial reports and reconciliations to general ledger data.
∎ Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
∎ Responsible for performing feasibility studies and market research on economic drivers, new supply and competitor analysis.
∎ Make timely recommendations for mitigating risk.
∎ Monitor overall performance of funds (asset under management).
∎ Prioritize on business expansion and organizational development.
∎ Prepare analysis, record and report asset transactions for financial records.
∎ Manage and monitor team performance.
∎ Coordinate with fund advisors and direct partners.
∎ Deal with portfolio management.
∎ Act as a compliance officer for funds (asset under management).
∎ Prepare and review timely asset management reports.
∎ Plan and execute regular investment reports, risk assessments of investments.
∎ Execute corrective measures when early warning signs exist on performance issue.
∎ Other duties as and when required by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experienced candidates in Operations management and Asset management will be in priority list while selecting.
∎ Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
∎ Outstanding communication and people skills.
∎ Must be able to work for longer hours as needed.
∎ Must be able to travel.
∎ Good command over English and Bengali writing, typing and speaking.
