Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our brand presence across Bangladesh
∎ Develop strategic sales plans to drive revenue and grow key accounts
∎ Maintain strong relationships with retail partners, wholesalers, and institutional clients
∎ Lead B2B negotiations and manage the full sales cycle from inquiry to closure
∎ Coordinate with the marketing team for seasonal promotions
∎ Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market insights
∎ Prepare business proposals, monthly reports, and forecasts
∎ Ability to travel across Bangladesh as required
