Educational Requirements:
∎ Ideally a Masters in marketing although not essential

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, organizing & maintaining the business development & sales operation.
∎ Designing viable sales plans & strategies.
∎ Sourcing marketing opportunities through liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders.
∎ Conduct market research & monitor competitor activity.
∎ Training the sales force.
∎ Controlling the activities of employees.
∎ Managing the marketing tools, branding & publicity (online & offline both).
∎ Maintaining customer databases.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 05 years working experience with similar marketing role in a reputed security services company (preferable).
∎ Sound communication and documentation skills in Bangla & English.
∎ Must have adequate knowledge on computer operation.
