Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc in Civil Engineering or MBA in Marketing / Higher Diploma in Marketing with Experience in similar position of Business Development, PR & Branding.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and develop relationships within the construction industry to generate new business opportunities.
∎ The key responsibilities is to ensure of Ready Mix Concrete and Aggregates by dealings with potential clients.
∎ Communicate with potential customers and business organizations, develop network to grow business relations, attract corporate and individual customers and participate in sales meetings, conference, seminars, trade promotions etc.
∎ Facilitate all client communications and meetings, to ensure plan fulfilment and performance tracking are properly reported.
∎ Developing relations with industry leaders.
∎ Plant and execute events or other promotional activities for creating a favourable brand image of the organization.
∎ Formulate, direct or coordinate promotional and sales activities or policies to promote products.
∎ Demonstrated commitment to providing a high level of customer service consistent with organizational values and objectives.
∎ Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
∎ Finding and developing new area of work.
∎ Formulating of annual business development plant for the target markets (analysis market trends, existing and target clients, required resources, business development budget).
∎ Pursue new business opportunities and work with the Senior Management Team to proactively develop and nurture existing client relationships.
∎ New inquiry generation and coordination with customers and consultants to fulfil their technical and financial requirements.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Minimum Ten (10) year's experience in a relevant field.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Ready Mix Concrete, Aggregates, Asphalt & Cement Etc.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ The ability to create innovative promotional programs to drive customer acquisition.
∎ Candidate must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, excellent connection-building skills with media and other communication channels.
∎ Should have proven experience in the related field.
∎ Should be honest and hard working
∎ Willing to work under pressure & extensive working hours.
∎ Good command in Bengali and English.
∎ Should have good knowledge on Microsoft Word, Excel and internet.
