Educational Requirements:
∎ Business Graduate preferably with MBA/ BBA
∎ Skills Required: people leadership, Problem solving and decision making, Reporting and Documentation, Strong analytical ability, Team management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Business Development, Trade Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure implementation of all Market Development Plans / Modules (utilizing trials and other marketing tools)
∎ Provide insights on the effectiveness of current field marketing modules.
∎ One to one/ One to Many contacts through onsite and offsite workshop/Project visit
∎ Ensure connect with large contractors/plumbers nationally.
∎ Keep a track of competition activities in the cluster/Zone, capture and share the same with Category Manager so as to take necessary actions
∎ Ensure implementation of new product launch / re-launch plans and provide inputs on 'Post Launch Activities' / marketing strategy.
∎ Training of team & new joiner on product and refresher sessions on existing modules.
∎ Timely submission of Monthly reports: Activity tracker, user data, as per index
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Willing to travel extensively
Salary: Negotiable
Compensation & Other Benefits:

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
