∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ Candidates major in Finance, Supply Chain will be given preference
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, Analytical Skill, Excellent verbal and written communication skill in Bangla and English, Negotiation Persuasion Skills, team work
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Commercial and Banking, Commercial/ Purchase, Export/ Import through L/C
Job Responsibilities:
∎ LC Generation
∎ Follow up With Bank
∎ follow Up with Insurance Company
∎ Import Documents Collect/Check and sending to C&F
∎ Export Documentation
∎ PO Generation
∎ Primary Negotiation with vendor
∎ Explosive and Narcotics Control Dept. handling. Getting the import permission and getting the NOC
∎ Collect Indent / Proforma Invoice & Quotation of different Raw & Packaging materials as per procurement planning and preparation of purchase order & ensure submitting Letter of Credit application to the bank.
∎ Follow-up shipment of importable consignments and track the same thing
∎ Communication with receiving store and get informed about the latest receive and dispatch status of raw & packaging materials and report to Dept. Head.
Salary: Negotiable
