Factory EHS, Operation & Maintenance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supervise and lead all maintenance processes.
∎ Develop maintenance schedules and ensure execution as per schedule.
∎ Spares management and oversee equipment stock and manage inventory.
∎ Report to senior management daily/weekly/monthly basis. Reduction of fuel cost, utility cost, consumables and service chemicals cost.
∎ Organize regular training/awareness sessions among the workforce regarding technical skill, on the job training & safety of the Plant & Personnel as per the organization and regulatory requirement.
∎ Ensuring health, safety & Environment of the employees/ organization and build safety culture among employees.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
