∎ Masters degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receiving prospective / Existing landowners telephone call & meeting visitors
∎ Arranging meeting for prospective / existing land owners with DGM /ED/ Chairman
∎ Visit land location physically
∎ preparing feasibility analysis of land proposal in consultation with the DGM/ED/Chairman
∎ Preparing draft deed & owner for forwarding to landowners
∎ Fixing date and making prior arrangement & to ensure procedure wise signing of POA/DOA
∎ Communicating with Law Consultant regarding various issues related land
∎ Presentation of report on regular basis and inform and update DGM/ED/ Chairman about whole land related status
∎ Monitoring team mates time to time
∎ Any other activities as and when required by the management.

Salary: Negotiable
