∎ Graduation/Masters in any discipline (preferably in business studies)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business opportunity by selecting and engaging influential stakeholders, generating sales volume by acquisition of new customers, dealers and other channel partners in addition to growing and maintaining the existing customer to ensure product coverage
∎ Generating proposals, preparing sales quotations, planning customer meetings, and demonstrating the capabilities of assigned products
∎ Increase the sales volume within the stipulated time period. Achieve the sales target within a determined time frame
∎ Maintaining satisfactory after-sale relationships and development of long-term customer relationships coupled with the ability to identify and capitalize on opportunities that immediately satisfy customer needs
∎ Supervision of 3rd party sales force & dealer
∎ Handle and manage key customers by customer visit & successful sales call, address business issues and provide market visit report to Head of sales every month
∎ Run a sales force to achieve business goals and give them brief and training accordingly
∎ Identify the new segments where opportunity exists with new product requirements along with different rules and regulations and pre-requisites to operate in the identified segments
∎ Implement different types of marketing activities for demand generation
∎ Look after the payment collection ledger from customers and other channel partners as per company standard
∎ Prepare weekly action plans to perform accordingly as per plan and update the management
∎ Analyzing sales, prepare sales forecast and sales report on timely basis and present it to the management
∎ Always follow up the clients and dealers through phone call, physical visit to maintain strong relationship and healthy communication other internal departments to provide better service to customers.
∎ Aware of and comply with the Company Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8-12 years of relevant experience
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Candidate with experience in Healthcare sector (especially Medical Equipment) will be preferred and experience in any other prominent sector is highly encouraged to apply
∎ Skills required: customer relationship, distribution management, trade marketing, strategic, analytical, leadership & personal sales skill
∎ Smart, presentable & skilled in MS office
∎ Able to travel frequently where required
Compensation & Other Benefits:
