Job Responsibilities:
∎ Search and find Oil Gas, Construction ICT, related international Tenders & Projects/ Opportunities in Government organization. All tender or Tender Bazar etc.
∎ Work with Bangladesh Army & continue keep communication with Army Authority or Government Project PD or PO level.
∎ Visit government office continually & maintain good relation with Government heigh officials.
∎ Work with foreigner partner & maintaining proper relation with them as per instruction of Managing Director.
∎ Reviewing tender documents, scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, financial criteria, preparing presentations, risk matrix, information to top management to get approval for bidding.
∎ Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties
∎ Participating and completing deeds (NDA, JV) with Partner successfully.
∎ Active participations of Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
∎ Successfully completing Tender Billing Methods.
∎ Sound knowledge in Bank interests' rate & Ability to work with Bank for Project related fund arranging.
∎ In depth knowledge about BG/ PG, L/C, VAT & Tax
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Bachelor degree any discipline from any reputed Public/Govt. Accredited University
∎ At least 10-12 years of overall experiences in relevant areas,
∎ Excellent foreign language level and oral expression ability;
∎ Proficient in using computer office software;
∎ Understand the production process of construction project, and be able to predict and solve the factors with quality risk
