Educational Requirements:
∎ Master degree or MBA from any reputed University, (preferably in marketing / agriculture business).

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum 05 (Five) years of experience in Procurement, Sales and marketing of Commodity products under AGRO Industry.
∎ Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals, Business Plan, Target Achieve, monitor and organize the day-to-day running of business to ensure smooth progress.
∎ Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
∎ Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation, review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
∎ Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Develop new clients (small and large corporate clients) and serve current clients by field visit and AGRO product marketing for expansion of business.
∎ Collect information from different sources, cooperate & liaison with different feed mill for ensuring to sell product to customer and maintain and update customer databases.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines.
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and experience in the field job.
∎ The position needs excellent leadership skills, Prompt Business Plan, Decision maker, capacity to work independently and must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing / interpersonal communication skills, ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Excellent skill to execute sales process as per company policy.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
