Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / M. Com preferably in Finance/Marketing/HR from reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Liaise with superior to make decisions for operational activities and set strategic goals.
∎ Plan and monitor the day-to-day business operation to ensure smooth progress.
∎ Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements.
∎ Ensure that the company runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
∎ Co-ordinate with external & internal department for smooth Business Operation.
∎ Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction.
∎ Manage procurement processes and coordinate material and resources allocation.
∎ Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability.
∎ Revise and / or formulate policies and promote their implementation.
∎ Manage relationships / agreements with external partners / vendors.
∎ Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
∎ Play crucial role in organization development, strategic planning, proposal development and proper fund utilizing.
∎ Supervise staff from different departments and provide constructive feedback.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Knowledge of industry's legal rules and guidelines.
∎ In depth knowledge of diverse business function areas i.e. Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, HR & Admin, Business Development etc.).
∎ Must work well in team oriented, fast-paced environment and have experience in the field job.
∎ The position needs excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, capacity to work independently.
∎ Must be smart with pleasant personality, convincing / interpersonal communication skills, ability to learn quickly and hardworking.
∎ Excellent communication skills in English.
