Automobile, Manufacturing (FMCG), Multinational Companies, Electronic Equipment/Home Appliances, Electric Wire/Cable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and implements strategic marketing and branding plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
∎ Responsible for creating. Implementing and measuring the success of a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will enhance the organization's image and position within the marketplace, and facilitate internal and external communications.
∎ Maximize the market share, revenue and profitability by formulating the marketing strategies and action plans while competing with other market players.
∎ Plans for branding and oversees advertising and promotion activities including print, online, electronic media, and direct mail.
∎ Develops and recommends product positioning, transporting, and pricing strategy to produce the highest possible long-term market share.
∎ Ensures effective control of marketing results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets.
∎ Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends.
∎ Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
∎ Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
∎ Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
∎ Reviews and analyzes sales performances against programs, quotes and plans to determine effectiveness.
∎ Coordinate media interest in the organization and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
∎ Act as the organization's representative with the media.
∎ Ensure that the organization regularly conducts relevant market research and coordinate and oversee this activity and to monitor the trends.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong creative, strategic, analytical, organizational and personal sales skills.
∎ Demonstrate the ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or resolve issues.
∎ Demonstrated successful experience in making presentations and negotiating with media.
∎ Strong oral and written communications skills.
∎ Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.
∎ Travel frequently all over the country is required.
