Responsibilities & Context:
Oversee daily operations, ensuring seamless execution of events (weddings, corporate functions, etc.).
- Design and implement *sales/marketing strategies* to boost bookings and revenue.
- Manage client relationships, contracts, and post-event evaluations.
- Train and supervise staff to uphold service excellence, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Use *event management software* for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and technical teams for flawless event delivery.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal protocols.
