Experience in Knit Composite garments industries (Dyeing, Printing, and Washing etc.)

Strong knowledge of biological wastewater treatment, microbiology, and environmental regulations Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance

Experience in risk assessment, root cause analysis, and preventive action planning

Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in data analysis tools, process control systems, and MS Office

Having Organizational Management (Leadership) Quality.

Having Strong Command in written & verbal English.

Ensure compliance with Zero Discharge of Hazardous Chemicals (ZDHC) guidelines for wastewater, sludge, and chemical management

The program focuses on sustainable chemical management and implementing a Manufacturing Restricted Substance List (MRSL) to protect the environment and people

Ensure smooth operation of the Biological ETP as per national, international, and buyer guidelines

Maintain compliance with HIGG Index, ICS, ISO 14001:2015, and buyer CoC requirements

Monitor key wastewater parameters (COD, BOD, TSS, pH, etc.) and biological processes (MLSS, F/M ratio, SVI, etc.)

Supervise ETP equipment operation, including filter press and lab activities

Manage sludge handling, disposal, and proper documentation

Ensure calibration of lab instruments and accuracy of testing

Control chemical dosing and optimize chemical consumption

Prepare reports on chemical usage, sludge, and plant performance

Ensure proper implementation of EMS, ECR, and safety practices (PPE)

Lead team training and awareness on ETP and compliance

Drive improvement in wastewater quality and implement ZLD initiatives

Perform any other tasks assigned by management
